ABC Care Billing Policy
ABC Care operates with a 10 month billing contract. Monthly rates are based upon the total tuition amount for the school year. For parent convenience and consistency, the annual tuition is divided into 10 equal payments. Payment #1 begins August 1st; payment #10 is due by May 1st. With registration in August and September there is no billing for June. Families registering after September will have a payment due on June 1st. Payments do not coincide with dates of service.
Families using automatic recurring credit card or bank payments will have funds withdrawn 7 days prior to the due date of the first of the month. Families paying by check or money order must have payments delivered to the center or main office by the first of the month.
**This policy is outlined in the Parent Manual and ABC Care Enrollment Contract. Parent acknowledges reading and agreeing to Parent Manual with their signature on the Enrollment/Registration Contract.
