Schools & ABC Care and Office Closing

Update 7 am:
Today is Tuesday, February 12th. Carroll and Baltimore County schools have
closed for the day. Due to icy roads and continued precipitation with below
freezing temperatures, ABC Care including the main office will be closed today. We
apologize for any inconvenience but multiple routes are closed due to accidents
and staff and family safety is paramount. Thank you
