ABC Care's Piney Run Park Nature Camp is located just 5 short miles off Rt. 26 in Eldersburg and is one of Carroll County's treasures! Campers will explore the beautiful 550 acres including a 300 acre lake, over 5 miles of hiking trails, tennis courts, multiple playgrounds, fishing piers, nature center and outdoor amphitheater.
Campers will enjoy a program from the Piney Run Park Naturalists as well as a visit from the Carroll County Public Library. Our daily camp activities include guided nature hikes, pedal boats, fishing, sports instruction on the tennis courts, specialty clubs and scavenger hunts!
Only 1 week in August (August 22-26) is available for this outdoor nature extravaganza!
Choose from Part-time or Full-time enrollment.
Piney Run Park Nature Camp is for grades K-8 (must be age 5 by first day of camp attendance).

Early Bird Discount:
Registration fee, including specific choice of weeks and $50 security deposit per week, must be paid by April 8th in order to receive monies off per week! Families registering for 5 or more weeks are eligible for $20 off per week. Families registering for 3 or 4 weeks are eligible for $10 off per week. Early bird tuition for balance of June weeks is due May 20th. Early bird tuition for balance of July weeks is due June 10th. Early bird tuition for balance of August weeks is due July 8th.
If you know of a potential new family who has never attended an ABC Care Summer Camp, please submit their information using the referral form. If the referral registers for 2 weeks at ABC Care Summer Camp this year, you will receive a $50 credit towards camp tuition. You must be a current registered family with your account in good standing when the referred family joins. Upon full payment by your referral, the referring family will receive their credit. There will be no cash refund of the referral credit.
When balance is paid in full by May 20, 2016 by Check only, families will receive a 2% discount off of balance after discounts! (Minimum of 7 weeks registration required.)

August 22-26 Where the Wild Things Are (Pavilion #6)
Transportation is available from WATKINS PARK / MT AIRY
The above week will include art activities, science, team building, team games and sign language. Activities also include a time for reading and journaling. We encourage literacy activities all summer!
Special days to include: sports days featuring kickball and volleyball, dress up days, hiking, special treat days and theme parties.

Children need to bring their own lunch in an insulated lunch tote and 2 disposable drinks each day. Lunch Bunch is offered as an option on Friday which will be pizza (nominal fee).
Camp is all inclusive to include AM/PM snacks and daily activity supplies.
