ABC Care Center – Westminster Elementary School
The ABC Care program at Westminster Elementary is a two-time nationally accredited and Maryland EXCELS Level 3 program offering enriching daily experiences such as team-building activities, themed crafts and STEM projects, dramatic play sets, and construction manipulatives.
The Westminster center staff dedicates a great deal of time to teaching important life, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Students also enjoy supervised free play in the school’s large gymnasium, outdoor playground, and blacktop area.

Reagan Starner started with ABC Care as an Assistant School Age Teacher during the 2023-2024 school year. She has a few years of experience working with children, starting back in 2019 with planning for and teaching in the on-site preschool at Westminster High School. Reagan loves working with school-aged children and strives to encourage creativity and interpersonal skills every day. In her free time, Reagan likes to write, draw, play video games, try new foods, and play with her cat.
DIRECTIONS
- From Taneytown; Rt 140, turn right onto Royer Road, then left onto Uniontown Rd. From Westminster; Rt 140, turn left on Rt 31 (New Windsor Rd), then at 2nd light turn right onto Uniontown. Park in the side lot. Please use the side entrance, Door #6. Please ring the doorbell when you arrive and let us know you are there.
