ABC Care Center – Winfield Elementary School
The ABC Care program at Winfield Elementary, a nationally accredited MD EXCELS Level 1 center, reinforces what children learn in school with hands-on experiments and projects. The children enjoy creative center rotations, including art, cooking, drama, and manipulatives and take advantage of our designated homework area. Students also relish their free play time on the large outdoor playground, blacktop area and walking path.
Use side parking lot, follow path past large outside compressor to glass doors of cafeteria at door #12A. Use walkie talkie to alert staff you have arrived.

Meet Your Site Director

Kaitlin Creegan is ABC Care’s Site Director at Winfield Elementary. Kaitlin has worked with ABC Care for three years. She is currently earning her degree in Early Childhood Education and Special Education. Kaitlin found her passion in working with children. Her goal is to teach, help, and encourage children throughout their process of development. She wishes to leave a positive impact on the lives of all children, families, and staff she encounters. In her free time, Kaitlin loves exploring the outdoors and traveling. She also has a talent for the fine arts and a love for music. Email: kcreegan@abccareinc.com

Citlali has been working with ABC Care for many years. Before ABC care she taught preschool and completed a social work internship at Carroll County Head Start/ Early Head Start. She is currently attending Carroll Community College and will graduate with an associates in Arts. Outside of work and school, she enjoys running with her dog, Rocky and listening to loud music.

Kristen has worked in childcare for 10 years. Before ABC Care Kristen was a Lead Teacher at The Young School for 6 years. She attended Towson University and the Community College of Baltimore County for Early Childhood Education and Special Needs. She will be attending Carroll Community College to complete her AA in Childcare Administration. She loves her furry friends. She has 2 nephew pups; Tank and Arlo, and she also has a beautiful cat named Miracle. She loves photography and works on the side taking beautiful and memorable photos. She enjoys spending time with her family, friends and her boyfriend.
