ABC Care Center – Westminster Elementary School
The ABC Care program at Westminster Elementary is a two-time nationally accredited, MD EXCELS Level 3 program, offering enriching daily experiences, including science, cooking and art, computer, drama, and manipulatives and participating in a variety of team-building activities. The Westminster center staff spends a great deal of time teaching about the heritages of children attending the center, with special events and cooking sessions. Students also enjoy their supervised free play time in the school’s large gymnasium, outdoor playground and blacktop area.

Reagan Starner started with ABC Care as an Assistant School Age Teacher during the 2023-2024 school year. She has a few years of experience working with children, starting back in 2019 with planning for and teaching in the on-site preschool at Westminster High School. Reagan loves working with school-aged children and strives to encourage creativity and interpersonal skills every day. In her free time, Reagan likes to write, draw, play video games, try new foods, and play with her cat.
