ABC Care Center – Manchester Elementary School
At the ABC Care Center at Manchester Elementary School, an MD EXCELS Level 3 program, children benefit from a structured daily schedule that balances teacher-led and student-led activities. Our program provides homework assistance, supervised free play, and team games in the school’s large gymnasium, outdoor playgrounds, and sensory garden.
Children enjoy a variety of expressive drama boxes, including veterinary and teacher themes, dollhouses, and train sets. They also take part in themed arts and crafts and STEM experiments during both morning and afternoon sessions.
Our teachers love sharing the importance of community by leading monthly outreach projects.
Joined ABC Care as a Site Director and Lead teacher for all ages in August of 2024 after leaving Baltimore County Public Schools where I was an Early Childhood Educator for 10 years. Prior to my time with BCPS I taught in local preschools as a lead teacher. I started my education journey after graduating high school teaching dance and going to college for dance education, which then changed to earn a Bachelors in Early Childhood Education. In my free time I enjoy working at rodeos with my husband and spending time with my 3 sons and my granddaughter. I am also an equine massage therapist who loves working with horses.

- From Westminster take MD-27 N/Manchester Rd. Turn right onto Hanover Pike/Main Street. Turn left onto York Street. Turn left onto Carr Street. Turn left, enter the back parking lot through the alley and at the first stop sign turn right into the parking lot. Walk the children down the covered steps to door 8 to walkie talkie and let us know you are there.
