Mrs. Ashley currently has her Bachelors of Science of Elementary Education degree from Stevenson University. She has 6 years of experience with ABC Care and 5 years of experience in the elementary classroom, teaching 3rd and 4th grades. In her free time, she likes to read books even ones in the process of being published, hike or enjoy nature on a nice day, and go to the park or on playdates with her daughter, Skyler.


Jessica Chambers is quick to build relationships with the students and their families. Jessica loves to play card games at the centers with the students, especially Phase 10. Jessica is currently working on obtaining her Elementary Education degree from Liberty University. Jessica loves to teach children while encouraging them to follow their dreams. Outside of work, Jessica loves to take naps, be with family/friends, and be outdoors.


Timiri Breden was previously employed with ABC Care as a site director during the 2015-2016 school year. We welcomed her back for the start of the 2022 school year. She has over 10 years experience in the childcare field and is a certified lead teacher and director in all age groups (6-weeks through school age). She studied at Howard Community College where she received all of her certifications and continuing education coursework. Joseline has worked at ABC care for three years now. She completed an internship at Cranberry Station and taught preschool before ABC Care. She’s currently attending Carroll Community College and will get her associate of Arts in Teaching. She wishes to provide a safe and fun environment for the children and their families. Outside of work she enjoys driving, trying new food and riding bikes. She’s looking forward for the next school year to be part of the Directors team and create good and positive memories with the children, families and staffs. Email:


Brittany Shenk is our ABC Care Site Director at Saint John Catholic School. Brittany is new to the ABC Care family, but she has been working in childcare since 2007. Through her career as a Preschool Teacher, she has had the privilege of working with children of all ages, from infants to middle schoolers. Brittany has an affinity for sharing her passion for science and reading with her students as well as encouraging their creativity and independence. Brittany enjoys playing video games with her son or visiting museums and science centers with him. When she has free time, Brittany loves to study geology, curl up with a good book, or take a nap.



Amanda Edwards is Site Director at Eldersburg ABC Care. Amanda has taught in the public school system for 10 years and has experience in Head Start and childcare. She earned a Bachelors degree in ECE from Lock Haven University in Pennsylvania. Amanda has spent the last 6 years teaching preschool. She enjoys watching her daughter play soccer and basketball. When Amanda’s not at work, she loves spending time with her family, friends, Major (her German Shepherd) and 4 guinea pigs.



Victoria Lemmon is the Site Director at ABC Care Manchester Elementary. This is her third school year with ABC Care. Victoria has also co-directed ABC Care’s Deer Park Adventure Summer Camp the last two years. Victoria earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Human Development and Family Studies with a minor in Psychology from Penn State. She was a research assistant, student coordinator and member of the Human Development and Family Studies Club. She also earned an Associate’s of Arts in Criminal Justice from Harrisburg Area Community College. Currently, she is pursuing a Master’s Degree in School Counseling at McDaniel College. When not working, she enjoys doing crafts, hiking, gardening and spending time with her dog, family, and friends.
