Jen joined the team as an assistant in 2021 and then moved up to a teacher position in 2023. She became the site Director in late 2023 and started the new school year at NCCS. She is a single mom to a 10-year-old son who loves to draw. She has been in childcare for 12+ years and has also worked in the field of special education and trained and worked for a year as a verbal behavior therapist. In addition to her childcare courses, she also took classes in psychology.
In her spare time, Jen likes to be outside when it’s nice and spend time with her son. She also enjoys watching movies when she is at home. Her favorite genre is horror! Nothing is better than a good scary movie in the dark.
Casey Pack is our Site Director at Mechanicsville Elementary School. Casey started with ABC Care in 2021 as an assistant. Casey is currently attending classes at Carroll Community College to receive her associate in early childhood education. When Casey is not working or attending school, she enjoys spending time with her family. Casey also enjoys spending time hiking in the mountains and getting lost in reading a good book.
Mrs. Ashley currently has her Bachelors of Science of Elementary Education degree from Stevenson University. She has 6 years of experience with ABC Care and 5 years of experience in the elementary classroom, teaching 3rd and 4th grades. In her free time, she likes to read books even ones in the process of being published, hike or enjoy nature on a nice day, and go to the park or on playdates with her daughter, Skyler.
Jessica Chambers is quick to build relationships with the students and their families. Jessica loves to play card games at the centers with the students, especially Phase 10. Jessica is currently working on obtaining her Elementary Education degree from Liberty University. Jessica loves to teach children while encouraging them to follow their dreams. Outside of work, Jessica loves to take naps, be with family/friends, and be outdoors.
Timiri Breden was previously employed with ABC Care as a site director during the 2015-2016 school year. We welcomed her back for the start of the 2022 school year. She has over 10 years experience in the childcare field and is a certified lead teacher and director in all age groups (6-weeks through school age). She studied at Howard Community College where she received all of her certifications and continuing education coursework. Timiri spends most of her free time with her two young daughters in Sykesville, where she resides. She also loves painting and creating art projects for herself and daughters! Joseline has worked at ABC care for three years now. She completed an internship at Cranberry Station and taught preschool before ABC Care. She’s currently attending Carroll Community College and will get her associate of Arts in Teaching. She wishes to provide a safe and fun environment for the children and their families. Outside of work she enjoys driving, trying new food and riding bikes.
