Brittany Shenk is our ABC Care Site Director at Saint John Catholic School. Brittany is new to the ABC Care family, but she has been working in childcare since 2007. Through her career as a Preschool Teacher, she has had the privilege of working with children of all ages, from infants to middle schoolers. Brittany has an affinity for sharing her passion for science and reading with her students as well as encouraging their creativity and independence. Brittany enjoys playing video games with her son or visiting museums and science centers with him. When she has free time, Brittany loves to study geology, curl up with a good book, or take a nap.

Penny Hoffman joined ABC Care in October 2017 as an Assistant. She has three adult children, one is an aspiring musician, one is a recent graduate of Virginia Tech, and one is a Junior at Virginia Tech. When not a work, Penny enjoys, cooking, exercising, and spending time with family and friends. Penny worked for a law firm in Washington, D,C. prior to having children. Penny was a stay-at-home mother until a few years ago. Penny pursued childcare since she wanted to work with children after raising her own. Since being with ABC Care, her passion with working with children has only grown and she continues to learn from her experiences and looks forward to getting to know each and every family.

Amanda Edwards is Site Director at Eldersburg ABC Care. Amanda has taught in the public school system for 10 years and has experience in Head Start and childcare. She earned a Bachelors degree in ECE from Lock Haven University in Pennsylvania. Amanda has spent the last 6 years teaching preschool. She enjoys watching her daughter play soccer and basketball. When Amanda’s not at work, she loves spending time with her family, friends, Major (her German Shepherd) and 4 guinea pigs.

Vicki Timberman joined ABC Care in 1993, and ascended the ranks to District Manager in 2005. In this capacity, she oversees the Eldersburg sites as well as the Programming Team for ABC Care and serves as Site Director at Piney Ridge Elementary, a position she’s held since 1999, and Co-Site Director at the ABC summer camp in Eldersburg. Vicki studied at Carroll Community College and completed numerous continuing education and professional development training programs. A resident of Eldersburg, Vicki enjoys spending time with her husband, and middle-school-age daughter and elementary-school-age son, both of whom attended ABC Care programs, and her beagle. She enjoys hiking, photography and volunteering at Piney Ridge.

Victoria Lemmon is the Site Director at ABC Care Manchester Elementary. This is her third school year with ABC Care. Victoria has also co-directed ABC Care’s Deer Park Adventure Summer Camp the last two years. Victoria earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Human Development and Family Studies with a minor in Psychology from Penn State. She was a research assistant, student coordinator and member of the Human Development and Family Studies Club. She also earned an Associate’s of Arts in Criminal Justice from Harrisburg Area Community College. Currently, she is pursuing a Master’s Degree in School Counseling at McDaniel College. Victoria has volunteered as a Bible school teacher and worship leader for 5 years at CABC. She is always looking for opportunities to get involved in the community and desires to be a lifelong learner. Victoria strives to continually learn and grow. When not working, she enjoys doing crafts, hiking, gardening and spending time with her dog, family, and friends.
